Cutting Costs
We are currently cutting down on our costs for our business. Apparently, one of the main problems we are having are the telephone bills that we receive every month. It is difficult because we need to have constant communication and must be able to be in contact with clients at all times. We always do long distance calls, as well as accepting them from clients. One suggestion that’s needs to be taken into consideration is to try to look for different telephone providers that might be able to give us lower rates. Then again, I thought it would be like looking for a needle in a hay stack because prices are just about the same when it comes to telephone service. A good suggestion was to use VoIP for business so we could definitely cut costs from long distance calls since everything will just go through the internet and we should get lower rate for it. I guess if we are to push through with it, we’ll have to make a trial first and take some kind of VoIP for small business to see if it would work fine with us. If all things go according to plan, it will be a perfect time to get a hosted VoIP pbx for the whole office.
